Mission Statement
“To provide well led, accessible care in a caring, safe and courteous manner ensuring that our patients’ needs are at the heart of all the services that we provide in an ever changing world”
Castle Medical Group serves the town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch and its closest villages. Our aim is to provide friendly personal health care for you and your family.
There are many of you who rarely come into the Health Centre and so we hope you will use the site as a means of keeping up to date with all our changes.
Zero Tolerance Policy
As a practice we have a duty of care to our team and operate a zero tolerance policy in relation to unacceptable behaviour, whether this be verbal comments, violence or aggression.
We all have a responsibility to be respectful, polite and courteous to each other and ask you, our patients, to treat our staff in this manner.
We do have a process for reporting zero tolerance in the practice and any incidents that we are made aware of will be reviewed and, where necessary, contact patients. If the behaviour is deemed severe, then we may ask you to register at an alternative practice and you will be removed from our practice list.
