The aim of this charity is to benefit Castle Medical Group patients by raising money for purchasing equipment and funding services that aren't available on the NHS. If you’d like any more information on the charity or wish to donate, please contact our Business Partner, Jennie Caukwell or go to our JustGiving page.
This charity is registered with the charities commission and the money will be controlled by an independent body of trustees.
Friends of Castle Medical Group in association with Tesco’s “Bags for Help” have raised funds to provide the practice with a centrifuge machine.
The centrifuge is used to separate blood cells from plasma cells, therefore, allowing certain blood tests to be done in the afternoon for collection the following morning, enabling more blood appointments to be accessible to our patients.
