Always able to book an appointment, repeat prescriptions dealt with quickly, always friendly staff at the surgery on the front desk and clinicians and nurses. Overall best doctors I have ever been to.

You would have a very good if it wasn’t for trying to make appointments a nightmare, with new system. The receptionist area, have hardly any staff is very frustrating

I'm trying to see a professional to help my son. Being unable to find a suitable option on the notoriously despised "rapid health" system, followed by numerous unanswered call attempts on Friday I find myself here for a sit and wait appointment it's now been over an hour and the numbness in my bum and stiffness in my lower back from these chairs will probably result in me having to have a return visit to address them!

The staff and medical team have always treated ne kindly and with respect.
The surgery is clean and tidy and right next door to the pharmacy.
There's plenty of parking.

Getting appointments very difficult. New system hard to operate and very poor waiting for triage to assess problems. Sometimes conflicting treatments or advice given due to the poor online system much easier to speak to a person rather than use internet system as could cause a chance to misdiagnose if not written clearly about symptoms.which as a patient I may not fully comprehend. Inadequate staffing of reception..Feel let down by my surgery due to this.

When I have made an appointment for a non- urgent matter. I have been seen, treated with compassion and professionalism and been satisfied by the outcome. I have also used the sit and wait service due to tonsillitis and received the same level of care.
