We would like to announce with immediate effect that we are temporarily suspending the following services at Castle Medical Group in-line with national and local advice:-
Sit and Wait – this has been replaced with a telephone triage service, if you have an urgent medical need please contact the surgery before 10am on 01530 414131 and we will arrange for a clinician to ring you back
Online Booking - all appointments will temporarily be managed through reception, please ring 01530 414131
Pre-booked appointments – if you have a pre-booked appointment please note that we are in the process of moving these to telephone in the first instance and will be contacting those with a pre-booked appointment to confirm this. If it is felt that you still need to be seen and you do not meet the new Corona Virus criteria we will arrange to see you as necessary.
We appreciate that these changes maybe disappointing for patients, but as part of our contingency planning for Corona Virus we are trying to minimise the number of patients attending the practice. As a practice our priority is to keep patients and staff safe. We would like to thank you for your continued support.
