A new Dementia support group is opening called The Remember Me Cafe. Attendance is by referral - please see the link further down for the referral form.
The aim is to bring together people living with dementia, their carers, families and friends, to provide support and activities in a relaxed and friendly environment. The Remember Me Café will run for 2 hours weekly, we offer complimentary refreshments and there will be no charge for the groups.
We will constantly aim to improve our service and at the end of each session we encourage feedback from the attendees. We also encourage our attendees to discuss with us the topics they would like us to cover, any specific information that they require and any specific activities they would like to do.
