The practice is working alongside a company called Healthy.i.o to improve screening for kidney disease for people living with diabetes and/or high blood pressure.

We have been sending out text messages and letters this week to all of our eligible patients and we would like to reassure you that this is a legitimate service that is being offered.

If you have received a text message or letter one of the Healthy.i.o team will be contacting you to help you download the Minuteful app and post your testing kit out to you.
